Eddie Belt is the owner of Elite Safety Training & Inspections, Inc. and a highly experienced safety professional with 29 years in the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) industry. His expertise spans rigging, crane operations, and comprehensive safety management. Eddie continues to expand his knowledge and global perspective by working internationally with North Sea Lifting as a lifting specialist and instructor. His dedication to excellence, continuous learning, and real-world application drives the quality and effectiveness of every program delivered through EST&I.

John Barron

Senior Instructor / Inspector

John Barron brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience in the safety industry to Elite Safety Training & Inspections, Inc. With approximately 27 years in the field, he has developed extensive expertise in crane operations and a wide range of industrial equipment. His deep technical knowledge, combined with real-world experience, allows him to deliver practical, high-impact training and thorough inspections. John is committed to helping clients improve safety performance, maintain compliance, and operate with confidence in demanding work environments.
